Yeah, 2024 wasn't his year, because he had just tore his Achilles on the Bull Pull at Rogue Invitational in Nov of 2023. He's really set to do damage in 2025, even though he has fone some crazy things last year, like the 470 kg suitless deadlift.

My favorite athlete. 👊🏼🔥 Dude is always humble, soft-spoken, and lifts like a beast. He's really the dark-horse in some shows...that one guy you know can win any show on any given day. Hopefully he can sort out his grip and that Achilles keeps improving and we see him on the podium at the ASC. I want to see number three at the SMOE! That's my main show to watch now.

As much as Id love to see Trey win, hes been barely able to move it more than a couple inches in the past. Youd need a lot of guys zeroing for Trey to come mid table on an event like that. His nerve damae unfortunately holds him back too much

@@cwinz789He does Hercules Hold well, it's not an issue. It's a training issue. Maybe a scan of his shoulder/neck might paint a picture of neurological activity there.

@@A-A-RonDavis2470 Nerve damage isnt a training issue. Hes said before it doesnt hurt him when his arm is in a lateral position but when it comes to holding something down on his side, his nerves go numb. That is a medical issue, not a training one

@@Hades-it3gf Yes, it might be easier to lift heavier weights with a suit and figure of 8 straps. But they are not allowed to use them. There's hardly anyone who lifts more with an elephant bar than a regular bar, right?
