There isn't a water level, there is just a mod which is very buggy and destroys the performance.

I love how he made the a10 fire faster than the f18 while IRL the f18 gun fires faster than the A10 F18: m61 4500-6000 rpm A10: Gau-8 3000-4200 rpm

Probably to simulate the higher amount of damage, m61 is 20mm and gau 8 is 30mm. Maybe he can't change the damage done by the cannon balls so this is a compromise.

I gotta figure out what this dudes settings are because I can run gtav on ultimate, I can run arma 3 on ultimate with well over 100 units and with fx mods, but the minute I load just the C-5 into besiege or even the uh-1 my frames absolutely shit the bed lol.
