That brings up an interesting question how come for steam we are downloading a game the bar for your download just starts going crazy and then randomly it just stops downloading for a couple of seconds and then starts downloading again even though you have 500 megabytes per second for ethernet and you're plugged in but for some reason steam still has the issue of randomly stopping the download for a bit

Dude, arcade rooms are the _jam._ I had Donkey Kong, Asteroids, Galaga, Frogger, Ms. Pacman, Ikari Warriors, and a freakin' Pin-Bot machine! The Pin-Bot game was the worst, VFDs in old pinball cabinets like that tend to fail due to age, and it's possible to get them lit by overdriving them at 100 volts instead of 90. It's gonna shorten their lives even worse, but other than swapping out for pick-a-VFD from China or throwing the "period correctness" to the curb and just swapping for LEDs, there's not much choice. One thing's for sure, you better like soldering. While standing.
