पुरानो HDD वा SSD बाट बरामद गरिएको संवेदनशील डेटाको लागि कस्तो प्रकारको सावधानी र सुरक्षा लागू गरिएको छ? अर्थात्, यदि यो गलत हातमा पर्यो भने संवेदनशील डाटाको दुरुपयोग सम्भावित छ What sort of precaution and security is implemented for the sensitive data recovered from the old HDD or SSD? i.e. misuse of sensitive data is probable if it falls into the wrong hands

i think its the responsibility of the owner to think twice or thrice before selling such devices containing data.... They can easily format it.. If they forget then they are the responsible one....and offcourse misuse of sensitive data is the heinous cyber crime which noone would dare to act.. If so law is there!!.. But main responsibility lies in the owner hand
