That is just Chicago Bears doing Chicago things. Letting Monty walk, only to pay a guy the Lions traded away nearly double what Monty is getting despite the fact that he only has a fraction of that dawg in him is just incompetence at it's finest. I swear it must be something in the water out there....& the White Sox are drinking from the same well. Personally, I think if the Bears had kept Monty & then kept Fields & traded the top pick for multiple high picks to use on offensive linemen, they would probably be one of the best teams in the league right now. Caleb might end up being good one day but I would be shocked if he turns into the MVP-calibur player that all of the "generational talent" hype has Bears fans basically already believing him to be. Even if he is that good, if their front office & coaching staff continue business as usual, he will never fully reach his potential in Chicago anyways. It doesn't help that he is stuck in the hardest division in the NFL today too & that should continue to be the case for the next several years given how young & talented the rest of the division are already.

CD's issue with the ref was DK was pushing off all game and being a physical monster that he is, but when CD played physical it was all of the sudden a PI after we went up two possesions. Later on the refs even didnt call a pi and CD was still giving them the mouth 😂

As a Lion's fan I hate playing the Seahawks! Two years ago when they played Seattle I thought we'd be ok, because Geno Smith was just average (in my opinion). He balled out. Last year I thought we were better and would be able to contain Geno - he balled out again. On Monday, I wasn't confident at all. Geno balled out again! Thankfully so did Goff and we got a couple of key stops. But Geno is legit so are the Seahawks. Maybe we'll meet again in the playoffs.

Detroit fan here. This was a game of 2 serious heavyweights. I honestly think these 2 teams will meet up again this year. That is as long as both played like they did in this game. From what I’ve seen so far this year this is the best 2 teams in the NFC. I also like the way Washington and Tampa are balling but I’ll be shocked if Seattle don’t win the west. I can easily see this being the NFC championship game
