Charter schools are supposed to be admission by lottery. All students names who apply are suppose to be put into a blind lottery and names are supposed to randomly drawn for admission.

You don’t no nothing about Philly, you can go to any school in Philly, long as you have the good grades to get in. Philly been like that for years. I’m born & rise philly. An graduated from a Philly Charter school myself.
