On your first point, how are you ensuring that the leaders you are recruiting have non compromising integrity? Can you please draft a bill once in power or employ other mechanisms to ensure that people in public service office read MLAs, Sarpanch etc. will get nominal basic income and will have to face much more stringent audit of personal property and gains every year? If found at fault, there would be stringent provisions to deal with them, This will ensure that if someone is getting elected as a people's representative, they are doing so because of their unwavering commitment to bettering the state and not hidden intentions of fame and minting money for themselves.
