It's so funny to watch such incidents in our country. When we evolve to be a civilized society? This question can only be answered when we eliminate poverty and impart good education and better living conditions to citizens. Education plays a major role in changing views and lifestyles of people. Government should take measures to provide quality education free of cost to those who can't afford it. Education shouldn't just be for applying a job, but acquiring good knowledge to make one understand his value to the society and himself. Civility is the result of value education rather than certificate based education.! A majority of Indians educate themselves to get a good job only, and our current education system too based on the same. This should be changed. Of course a good job is necessary to survive, but good knowledge is equally sometimes, more important than a mere certificate. We need quality education to all to progress in life, not 'quantity' education.! Let's impart better, quality education to our children.! And of course to our Bihari, Bengali, and UP brothers and sisters.! We have the right to be civilized.!😊
