Wtf is that? The etiquette is about how you behave in a formal environment or with clients in that corporate world. It's not supposed to be your daily life procedure so calm down... in reality, outside the formal world of corporates we'll all be like kanishk but you have to learn how to behave the right way in the right environment. You can't be "Hi dost kaisa hai dost kya haal chaal sab badhiya?" in the meeting or with the boss or with HR lol, if it is like that then it's not formal anymore.

Because I've seen a lot of wealthy rich people and stars ( in videos) who don't even follow all these rules!! It's really like pretending to be someone which you are not.
