~INGREDIENTS~
Wheat flour/ Atta- 1 1/2 cup / 240 g
Jaggery/ Gud- 190g-200g
Fennel seeds / Saunf- 1 tsp
Dry Coconut- 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Clarified Butter/ Ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk- 2-3 tbsp or as required
Oil for frying

~~Rice Laddu~~
Rice- 3/4 cup/ 165g (Kheer rice/Basmati rice)
Jaggery/ Gud- 135g / as per taste
Finely Dry coconut- 3 tbsp
Milk- 1 tbsp (at room temperature)
Clarified butter/ Ghee- 1 tbsp
Raisins- 2 tbsp/ as per taste
Fennel- 1/2 tsp
