During crucial votes, the Ukrainian Parliament hall is half-empty. Where have the deputies gone? Some MPs are spotted abroad, some have unknown whereabouts, and others poorly pretend to be in Kyiv, posting old photos. Palytsia, Ivakhiv, Shakhov, Kovalov - this isn't even the full list of top truant MPs.
We talked to truant MPs and asked them about their systematic absence from work. In response, we heard a whole list of lame excuses.
