Thank you very much for the portrayal of this part of our country. I also admire your courage to wander all by yourself through such remote areas, that even nationals like myself would avoid. Don’t mean to scare you but take some anti cobra serum or something similar in case you’re intending to travel through such places. We have many types of snakes. I cannot forget seen one as a kid with a head like a chicken; it clacked the same way too, perhaps to lock the chickens at our compound. Be blessed 🙏🏿. Ciao ✋

Bubaque, good memories but without the new resorts. I have been working in Bissau for 45 days, and the people were very friendly. As Portuguese I felt we were brothers.

Yes indeed, I don’t like all those resorts popping up everywhere, they take away the nature of the islands. And yeah, I also loved Guinea Bissau people :)
