1 1/2 kg- बासमती तांदूळ ( जुना तांदूळ वापरणे)

400g-कांदा तळून घ्यावे
100g- लसूण
70g- आले
1/2 - गड्डी पुदिना
350g- दही
3 tsp- मीठ (४५g)
२ tsp- हळद
3 tsp- बिर्यानी मसला
rice cooking
7 1/2 liter- पाणी
7 1/2 tsp- मीठ
garam masale
8-10 - मिरी , लवंग
15- हिरवी वेलची
2 tsp - शहाजीर
2 tsp - चक्री फुल
4-5 - तमालपत्र
3-4 - दालचिनी
70 g- काजू
4 - कांदे
450g- टोमॅटो
300g- तेल
3-4 tsp - तूप
3-4 tsp - साठवणीचा मसाला

तांदूळ शिजवताना आपण काजू कांदे गरम मसाले हे सर्व घातलेले आहेत ते काढून त्याची चांगली पेस्ट बनवलेली आहे तुम्ही व्हिडिओनीट पाहिला असेल तर तुम्हाला समजलं असेल की त्याची आपण ग्रेव्ही बनवलेली आहे छान परतून घेतलेली आहे आणि मग त्याच्यामध्ये आपण मटण टाकलेलआहे😊🙏

Ever since I discovered your channel I have subscribed and watched all your other videos also. I don't understand the logic of making the same recipe for different quantities. If it is the viewers' request then there is no end to it because then right from half KG people will request 1 ,1.5,2, 2.5 and it can go on endlessly. I'm not being antagonistic, just trying to understand the reasoning behind making the exact same recipe so many times?

Even after mentioning measurements, I received many requests to make videos 1.5kg , 5kg , 1kg....some women thinks it is difficult to make 5kg with same steps , so to boost their confidence & to fulfil their requirements I did this.

@@RupamsRecipe I understand, but as an avid subscriber I am always looking for more recipes from you and when a notification comes up I eagerly look it up and find myself disappointed that it is a recipe already made many many times and only the total quantity has changed. But i suppose just like my likes and dislikes you have to also cater to other subscribers when enough of them make requests. That's the greatness of being in a Democracy 😄 But once again thanks for all your detailed videos, they have been a vault of cooking knowledge.
