This is big joke particularly for people of Uttarakhand. Every one is aware of pathetic conditions of nh 119 between Behsuma to Bijnor. Non fulfilment genuine demand of people of this region is very disappointing. Please note that this project will never see light of the day. People will suffer endlessly. We the people of this region have been facing neglect by successive governments be it rail or nh connectivity position is same for decades.
