So this is what I understand from the 99 secret: The entity in the background is most likely not 99 and is somebody who isn't Canon to baldis basics plus, since it mentioned that 99 and "Badsum" are independent of each other. Also that we will probably see Badsum later in the game with a new design.

wild how they made loads of correlations to 99 just to add him YEARS later, various hints: every door since the first version of the game had 99 on it sometimes one of the balloons for a question can be orange with the number 99 sometimes the question boxes can be 99 - 99 = ? random breathing when the game crashes it always comes up with error code 99 mystman once hid the number 99 in a baldiman comic right in the top left corner, he made it very small and light so you had to darken the image to see it

I think the game corrupts the NPCs and everything that is in it. And the longer you spend in the game, the more distorted the NPCs become. For example: New characters in the game are more animated and seem more alive, how the Dr.Reflex. But Null has probably been there for a long time, which is why he doesn't have a body, just a face and clothes. Or look at the director of the thing; he doesn't have any animation, probably because he's been there for a while. Or is 99 what corrupts?
