First of all, bahut hi achha question hai 👏 A pantry car is a compartment or carriage in a train that serves as a mobile kitchen. Pantry car ka khana railway ke dwara yatriyon ko provide karwaya jaata hai aur isme khane ki rate bhi fix hoti hai. For ex, standard veg meal, nonvage meal, chai, coffee, nashta sabki price fix hoti h usse jyada aapko charge nhi Kiya Jaa skta. Aur aapki hamesha bill mangna chahiye staff se. Agar unhone bill nhi diya to khana free me Dena padega unko. Agar aapke train me pantry car h to aapko khane ke liye wait nhi karna hota kyonki, pantry me hi khana cook karke provide krwaya jaata h On-board Catering me khana private vendor ke dwara provide karwaya jaata h, ye vendors aapse 1-2 stations pahle hi khane ka order le lete h aur isme kuch station fix hote h jaha se khana train me board krke phir yatriyon ko Diya jaata h. Isme khane ki price order ke according vary kr skti hai. E-catering me aap khud hi khana order kr skte h, aapke PNR no. ka use krke IRCTC ki app ya website se. Isme IRCTC ne lagbhag 500+ hotels & restaurants ke saath tie up kr rakha hai jinse AAP aapki choice ke hisab se khana order kr skte h. Ye suvidha kuch stations PE hi uplabdh hoti hai to aapko us station pe pahuchne se pahle khana order karna hoga and aapke order ke anusar price pay karna hoga. Phir uss hotel ka staff aapki details ke anusar aapke coach tk aake aapko khana de jaata h. E-catering me aapke pas bahut options hote h and aap chahe to order cancel bhi kr skte h.
