We should have checked the status of routes in "More running status" in virtual router before adding static route, for better understanding of concepts

Hi Sir, Im getting this error sir. flow_rcv_dot1q_tag_err . I have configured a 2 sub-interface on port-1 and i have tried to access internet. However cannot able to ping from one of the sub-interface which i have created under port-1. I have tried to run the debug on Palo alto VM i have noticed this error has occurred the error name is flow_rcv_dot1q_tag_err. Please help me to resolve this.
