I translated your description and have a different opinion. You been able to catch the front not because of conservative tactics - but because you are strong ;) The fact that you did not chased it from beginning barely did you any good, because in areas like ~4mins we been riding in a group pretty much resting with 0-200w, while you had to bounce back with 400w+, with HR being on a higher end as well (20+ than Biekša, just for reference!) That does not mean much, but still a difference worth pointing. Solo through the railway also wasn't something easy to pull alone. Anyways, nice riding! In S1 your camera angle was a bit too much downwards IMO, in others its better. Thus either its about rotation of it or straps (keep in mind they not only gets loose after usage, but looses elastic tension too, which later results in wobble)

Sometimes my chest mount is loosing up and I realise it after the race while watching vid. My heart rate is not very good metric, it varies a lot, this year I had one race with 189 avg for 1.5hour lol. Yeah on this flatter asphalt section I was definitely losing some watts, but overall my first 25 minutes were pretty steady compared to first group that was doing some attacks, then resting up etc, which is def. not optimal (thus moments with 200 watts). Its visible on strava flyby compared to Biekša or Piotr. But my main point was how many guys there were in front of me on this first hill in town, while I was going even too hard for myself. They definitely felt too fresh and just went off to build lactate right from beginning 😅

Also it may be athlete-dependent, but I often struggle to get back to ride well, if beginning is very hard, and I build too much lactate. So I really try to avoid it, of course only on hilly races, where aero drag gains are marginal

Garmin virb, ale nakładki trochę sam poedytowałem, i nie używam go bezpośrednio (wiadomo jak jest pobugowany), tylko renderuję na green screenie. W samym programie do video zgrywam je w czasie z nagraniem, dodaję lekką przezroczystość itd. W ten sposób jest imo szybciej i dokładniej, tylko ciężko zachować kolory, ale też by się dało
