@@pk.5670 കുറച്ച് നാള് ഒരു വലിയ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് സർജറിയുമായി ബന്ധ പെട്ട് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചെറുപ്പം ആൾക്കാർ ബൈക്കിന്റെ ചെയിൻ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ വിരലുകൾ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് വരാറുണ്ട്. ഭൂരിഭാഗവും ബുള്ളറ്റ് പൾസർ ഉള്ളവർ. അതിന്റെ കാരണം അ റി യില്ല. മറ്റൊന്ന്, അപകടം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലാവരും ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ അധികം ചെയ്ത് പരിചയം ഉള്ളവർ ആണ്. അതിന്റെ കാരണം, പരിചയം ആയത് കൊണ്ട് ശ്രദ്ധ കുറയുന്നതാണെന്ന് മനസിലായി. ആഴ്ചയിൽ 3 - 5 പേർക്ക് വിരലുകൾ നഷ്ടമാകുന്നുണ്ട്. അഥവാ എങ്ങാനും രക്ഷിക്കാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും 2 - 3 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വേണ്ടി വരും. ബുള്ളറ്റിന്റെ എന്തെങ്കില്ലും എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിഫക്റ്റ് ആണോ ഇതിന് കാരണം?

എനിക്കും പറ്റി, 2011ഇൽ. Fazer ന്റെ chain ൽ ഗ്രീസ് ഇടുമ്പോൾ. Sprocket ന്റെ മൂന്നിലൊരു ഭാഗം വരെ വിരൽ കറങ്ങി, ഒഴിവായി. ചൂണ്ടുവിരൽ അറ്റം പകുതിയോളം മുറിഞ്ഞു. അറ്റുപോയില്ല. ഇപ്പോ നഖത്തിന്റെ shape മാറിയതല്ലാതെ വേറെ കുഴപ്പമൊന്നുമില്ല.

Don't clean chain using brush and don't spray chainlube by putting bike on running condition ,clean chain using a cotton material after applying chain clean ,apply chain lube by putting bike in nuterl and rotate wheel backwards using hands, above method shown in video can minimise your chain life , anyone has doubt about this can contact experienced mechanics

Explanation was good. But two points, if use kerosin for washing chain even after lubricate it makes sound. Diesel is slightly better. Iam using gear oil90 for lubricate and it gives good smoothness compared with motul lube. Another one question; Kawasaki Ninja's 250 or 300 cc bikes's piston made from which material? Whether it has coated with any other material? If you know please send details. I asked this, ninja 250 had rode 110 to 130 km speed in Salem Bangalore highway continuosly, more than one hour, After this engine's sound was as same as previously. But if you ride Pulsar type bikes above 100 for some days its engine sound will become high than earlier. ( I don't have Ninja, I have taken Cousine's Ninja and rode it to Bangalore for an urgent matter). Prakashan.
