U can still achieve a much smoother welding joints using a very thin layer of Polituff (masilya) just enough to hide the welds before applying the primer. Sand some more to your heart's content. Kasi -- ang sakit talaga sa bangs kapag nakikita po yng bakas ng welding joints. : ))

Before putting clear coat ,lihain mo ng 2000grit mild muna yung Keysto na lettering para smooth ang itsura , base sa nakikita ko hindi gaano ka smooth edge yung decals ,

Idol, concerned lang ako sa iron lungs mo. Next time sir spray ka outdoors if possible ha? Di ko alam yung location mo if possible to spray outdoors ba pero go for it next time. Or if not plausible naman, suot ka ng respirator or regular pilipino ektikpan na naka-exhaust to the nearest bintana mo. Stay healthy sir!

Not good, always use paint remover first or scrap the old paint, after that use some sand papers to clear out the small particles which would not look good after paint, once the bike is smooth, then use primer(2 coats is always good), after that new paint job to be done as per your choice. I don't know how come so many are accepting this video.

I think sir, It depends on the process and also if the old paint of your bike has no scratches, it's okay not to remove the old paint. And it depends In a way of how the painter do it by their own strategy. Thank you, keep safe always and also may God bless you.
