I used to ride on one as a kid off road. Just bought a nice n plate with electric start with Rickman fairing. I smile every time I go out on it. Its brilliant as it always is. I have a bmw r nine t . Prefer my c90. Bloke is a prat in this video.

Typical GS snooty more worried about image & how they look on a bike ,than riding one .The humble Honda cub has done more for transport & the world economy’s than those overpriced BMW GS monstrosity’s will ever achieve .Look at the way he just kicked the C90 over ,what a philistine !

*I rode a '68 'Super Cub' from new for THREE YEARS under any/all conditions and the '90' will go anywhere the same as any other machine, only slowly compared to an 'Africa'* ___________' *It won't start w/a wet-plug or with any water inside the 'points & condenser' housing...both conditions can be readily fixed by blowing on them so always carry a straw somewhere taped under the seat* *Very strong running can really heat the engine until there's too much 'back-pressure' for the carburetor to deal with from vapor-pressure of the fuel feeding into the engine* ------------------

Tell you what, I'm going to be organising a charity small bike trip this year, covid permitting. If you still have your C90 why not come along? It'll only cost you £20 plus proof you've raised a minimum of £100 for a charity of your choice. The £20 covers t shirts and a few prizes for the end of trip party.

Rubbish i have the honda c 90 (from the 1960s)it never broke down on me once and i go to the bush in it very disappointed

These bikes are simple so are inevitably reliable. The people that made the video tried to be sarcastic, I'm sure the c90 in video is a garage queen really (I hope).

Adventure test? This is more of a dirt bike test. The biggest challenge for me (6'4) is fitting my body and my stuff on the bike. You'll not have much of an adventure without a tent or any stuff! Take the plug out, clean it, put it back in. Or get a new plug. 😂

oh.... come on!! LOL.... i did my off road trip lately with a 100cc engine honda custom bike as you could see on my picture profile. guess it's became the most stupid n idiot ride I ever made so far as it's a low rider n has a rigid frame, with double springer at its front end. i did and also some off road and touring with a yamaha 110cc engine bike (now it's been customized into a semi-off road bike). but i must say, the C90 you used for this video, shouldn't have any problem crossing the water at any speed, especially with that water level, unless you didn't put the filter cap properly onto the carburetor or the spark didn't plugged properly. anyhow... really am enjoying this one so much! ^^

please find someone with a suzuki tf or yamaha ag or kawasaki stockman. my friends and I started on the 1980's models of these bikes for our trips.

Graham, you are lucky you were not on a driving test. The first time you started the bike and took off, you failed your driving test instantly - i.e. you rode off without your helmet properly secured to your noggin. The chin strap was left undone - for a test rider, shame on you.
