I rode and old mountain bikes through those valleys back in 1995 on my honey moon. Sadly my wife wasn't feeling well so I rode in the valley for 2 days just daily rides. There were not balloons flying then and the towns were super quiet in September when I was there.

Danke dir 🤗...150€ pro Person, 15 Personen pro Ballon, bis zu 150 Ballons macht insgesamt 337.500€...und dann haben wir noch einen in Milliardenhöhe bezahlt der die Sonne und den Wind in Schach hält ;)

This is fantastic. Great video. What date was this done? Is there a particular date for this hot air ballon festival in Cappadocia? Can anyone camp on the hills or are permits needed?

Hi, thank you =) This was on May 15th. Ballons are rising all season, it only depends on weather conditions (wind, rain, snow). Everyone was doing it, we saw so many vans and tents all over the ridges, wildcamping in turkey is very accepted.
