Bikepacking the Katy Trail and Rock Island Trail in 3 days.

After a busy triathlon season we decided it was time for some bikepacking. We took the Rock Island Trail to the Katy Trail start for a trip across Missouri. We were aiming for getting it done in 3 days so we had some higher mileage days planned with
Day 1. Lees Summit to Clinton- 85 miles
Day 2. Clinton to Jeff City- 126.5 miles
Day 3. Jefferson City to Machens- 123.2 miles
