7:05 there is no priority on the right when you leave a car park or a business, if you watch the video you can read an exit sign, on the right the rider leaves a business or a car park So the guy is wrong the girl hadn't let it go or so out of kindness

@ Florian : no I'm not wrong. The Stop is not for me, just to indicate the STOP to come (white line on the ground). If it was for me, it must have a white line just before I meet the woman. It is not the case. By the way this road has the same rules than an other and it is not an exit from car park. I know this road, do you ? ;) Have a nice day :)

J'ai regardé la vidéo en complète et tu sort d'un hôpital .après effectivement elle aurait pu te laisser passez moi perso je l'aurai fait car ça me coûte rien . Mais dans ce cas concrets devant le tribunal c'est 50/50 car elle a pas de ligne non plus de sont coter . @@goon_eg1089 there isn't a person born that never made a mistake. It is best to take other people's mistakes with a bit of grace. Bikes are not as easy to see as cars. Also lane splitting even if legal "illegal where I live" is not a good ideal. I have nothing but contemp for thevies and vandals that can't keep their their hands off other people's property. If that is you your momma should have taught you better

He clearly didn't have a stop sign. It's a double intersection, the stop sign is for the main road. Seeing as they both didn't have a stop sign and they're driving on the right I'd assume she'd have to yield to him (you yield to right, unless it's a roundabout).

Some IDIOTS leave foreign bodies ( general items) in the roads were they can be a real HAZARD!!! to motorcyclists usually & cyclists. If it wasn't for the keen eyes of motorcyclists the roads maybe full of dangerous debrie ( excuse my spelling) 😉 This causing many & major accidents. If anyone is going to move anything about from A to B then fully secure it whatever that item is it could cause some serious misfortune to a two wheeler or possibly other traffic users. 😠😡
