Most of these issues are non issues and caused by unsafe riding or riding above the speed and flow of traffic. Bikers can still be courteous and let merging traffic in by a simple twist of the wrist in the forward motion. A lot of these people need to take responsibility for their own safety. Not justifying either parties actions/reactions just clarifying for those that missed it, the car driver actually started indicating while the black car was still next to him. Probably a good 4 seconds of indicating before he started moving over. He still should have waited for her to pass or she could have slowed when seeing his indicator.

The best solution would be to check their mirrors. If a car or bike is approaching at a high rate of speed then why would you get in front of them anyways? It's very easy to tell their speed with 2 simple looks in the mirror. I drive the same way. If you want to come into my lane that I'm going faster in, you better be going my speed when I catch up to you or I get pissed. Why do people get the right to inconvenience you when you have the right of way? They can let off the gas too and wait for their turn. As simple as that.

Those who have entered the intersection when it was legal for them to do so, have the right of way but is required to exit the intersection ASAP. That said, she wasn't suppose to cross. You go when you get the Walk symbol but when you get a flashing No Walk, that is to give time to those already crossing to finish while those who haven't begun crossing are to stop and not begin crossing. She began crossing when it would've been flashing.

I will mess with my phone at a light & the second the light changes I drop it and drive. If the biker seen her texting before she pulled up to the light or waited til she started driving & seen her still doing it then it may be warranted. (If he had seen her doing that I'm sure they would have showed it.)

When someone indicates to change lane, why would you not let him in? It's normal traffic, everyone want's to go somewhere. Plus in the dark it is difficould to guess what speed you are going, because you have only one light on your bike. I really don't get it, why these bikers, or most of them, are so aggressive in traffic. Do you have problems managing your life? Drink a cup of tea or do sports!

You make no sense. You aren't given the right way and the guy could have waited to change lanes. Stopping in the middle of traffic could cause an accident from behind and is known as blocking the box if it was at an intersection.
