Throttle does have boot swivel it's just moded tight. You have to heat it up

@nostalgictoysplus lol...I got Modo after I filmed this review...he's in the thumbnail but I made the video before I got him, good luck to you in finding him...should be no problem he seems to be the least everyone wants but he actually is the best figure in the line, IMO...but my favorite character is Throttle 💯

@iratemusic4575 honestly bro there has been talks of that for years...more adults are buying toys and keeping companies afloat, lil kids are into lil kid toys ages 8-13 don't really bother with toys as much. Companies profit margins are higher than ever actually or I should say since the 90s.
