On my RC390 2022, there is a minor buzz in the footpeg around 4000 rpm and the bike feels the smoothest between 4500-8500 rpm. I don't feel any vibrations on the handlebar even at 140 kmph. Also, you are riding a test drive bike with speedo disconnected, why is that? Do they intend to sell this bike to a customer later?
