With due respect. This is a naked bike by bajaj made for city rides and semi long rides itself. Criticizing it saying that it's basically a bad long tourer seems silly because that not what it is supposed to do 🫠 There are touring bikes for that purpose who will tick all boxes. This is NOT a tourer by any means or claimed by bajaj that it can tour long distance. I've ridden this bike and it is quite fun and impressive for the city.

Actually this comment is more accurate than the video, i rented this bike once. And rode it for 200kms felt perfect for city usage and 100kms trip. Knowing the fact that that the stability could’ve been better but changing tyres would help. Simply blaming chassis is bluff. Bajaj lacks on tyre selection.

@@D_e_code undoubtedly ns 200 is a ktm sourced engine, as I have mentioned before. And yes I agree that in terms of practicality, it scores a few points below the legendary 220F. However, regarding the chain noise and other niggles, they are quite a common phenomenon across all the bajaj products and it's either you sort it, or you live with it. My bs4 rc 390 has its similar tantrums, of course with a higher tag

Bro this bike is not a competition for existing 250cc sports bikes it's a competitor for mt15 and if we look that way its way better and practical than mt15 . Mt struggles at expressways due to high windblast and n250 easily cruise at 130kmph continuously for 2-3 hrs there's no chance of heating in n250 but mt gets overheated if redlined for long and talk about 6th gear sf250 does 153 in 6th gear and n250 does 151 in 5th gear so gearing is pretty tall in n250 yes but there's one issue in new n250 which is high speed wobbling that needs to b taken care of

I feel power drop while I rode 500 km per day while I had a ride from kanyakumari to delhi cruising speed can't be maintained at 110 for long it struggles to maintain at 110 after doing 1st 300 km while my friend who had a cb 200 x rode the whole trip at 115 to 120 we took proper breaks gave rest for 20 min every 150 kms but still cb200x felt better while I rode during return

the problem is the engine is just 2 valve oil cooled while ns 200 got a 4 valve liquid coooled engine which really supports ns 200 to push its rpm way higher than this with 6 speed gear box. The best thing about this bike is its torque , braking and long gears.

As a user of N250 for past 2 years, I have rode for over 1400kms in 24 hours in expressways and I can definitely say Niladri Da is totally correct about this bike. The bike struggles to maintain a speed of 100+ kmph. Speed of 93-95 kmph is the sweet spot for this machine, above that you can feel the buzz every where. Even while cornering, especially if you have a bags attached on the back, the bike wobbles which decreases the confidence. And one more point which was well mentioned, the rear suspension definitely needs tuning. If you’re riding solo, it will be fine. If you have bags or a pillion in the back, the front end gets light, all because of the rear suspension.

It is the problem of Bajaj, jaha pe jo dena chahiye wo nehi dete. 6th Gear agar raheta sab variant me (N160 /F250 / N250) to ye gari sab ko ek hat me le sakta tha. Shock absorber specially rear ka rebound bohot vayanak hay, loosest setting me v dallo to v seat se phek deta hay. On rain collects mud like hell man.... The most honest review of this motorcycle you have given....

@@adityadey4223 220f's engine is basically a bigger pulsar 180 engine and 180 is bigger brother of 150 which was developed during partnership between bajaj and kawasaki, all they've been doing is bumping up displacement. ns 200's engine is cheap copy of duke 200's engine with poor quality engine components. Bajaj not only makes bad motorcycles they've ruined the reputation of KTM of being the most unreliable. They can't make aluminium engine blocks, aluminum frame, therefore the bikes are heavier than they should be, and handles like bullock carts. The only good thing about bajaj is the low ex showroom price, but then again they are selling scrap metal for cheap.

This issue was also highlighted by Mototronic, even I rode it and I understood that, I personally think the problem lies with rear suspension, Bajaj did not calibrate the rear suspension after changing the front forks to USDs. I think this issue can be managed to certain extent through pre load adjustment, I hope it can be but yes this bike is not made to take corners well .

Basically N250 was meant to compete with FZ25 and yes they wanted to discontinue the 220f as these 250 twins were supposed to be its replacement 😂especially the F250 but 220f never died as the fools at Bajaj didn't bother to give even dual channel ABS variant as an option in 2021 hence people just demanded for 220f to be brought back plus Yamaha had reduced the price of FZ25 by 20k in 2021 itself which royally screwed Bajaj's plans 😂 so the FZ25 was again selling in decent numbers. They brought back the 220f and discontinued the F250 but not N250 since they knew this bike had a few takers and there was potential to it , it only needed features update and fatter tyres to differentiate from N160 😅which was killing its sales literally since they looked the same in black colour 🤣. Anyway yamaha couldn't update the fz25 since that engine was too old and couldn't comply with newer emissions norms . That engine was from XTZ 250 dual sport bike from 1980s so it couldn't comply with strict BS6 phase 2 norms. Back to N250 well its 80% city riding and 20% highway riding which most working class indians do in todays times at 70 to 100kmph which is perfect for indian riding conditions. 😅 Chassis is meant for commuters yaar , can't expect NS200 level of handling and stability in corners or highways on this bike.😅

Basically, it's a 250 cc commuter bike. Bajaj's own R&D is very dicy. Without using KTM sourced engine in ns, rs and dominar, I think Bajaj would have lost completely from the market. Funny is they tend to bring bikes with the displacement difference of 10 cc (150, 160) with extreme lethargic products. It's only because of the KTM sourced engine, Bajaj is breathing, without it, they would have perished a long time ago. HAMARA BAJAJ is no longer the same

And talking about the wierd mindset of Bajaj where they suddenly tends to discontinue or re-introduce their product ( ns 200 during bs4 transition, pulsar 220 during their unsuccessful launching of the f250) doesn't makes any sense. This is my feedback..... Bajaj should make this a 4V engine and bump it's power to 26bhp or little more so it'll out throw Gixxer 250,and give it a bigger oil cooler with atleast 15 row oil cooler and little bigger oil cooler to accomodate atleast 200ml more EngineOil. As an update ulsar 22,it should be bigger than pulsar 220 atleast the tank should be 15.5 ltr.... Bajaj should make a adv tourer to take on v-storm 250 and adv 250.....cheaper rice.....or else be ready to loose the market to hero..... Rear brake with 240mm rotor make it good..... That stubby exhaust is not attractive.....

@@diecupcakee bro I want to enjoying real bike ride feel.....when i rideing my bike awyes this machine should gives me enjoy and fun ALSO.....but but but I am a middle class family's children so also concerned about comfort, durability, good look, good pick-up, good engine, mileage ..... I have no specific reason to use bike...but daily life ride is more priority in city ride.....so I am confused which of those is more convenient for me and my family ...... I think that mileage is everyone's personal perspective....but we hope minimum mileage from a 160 cc at least (40-45)kmpl. bike .... If you're useing those bike personally than you can give good explanation...... Thankyou

N250 vibrates after 80/90. Mirrors clearly vibrate. But ns200 doesn't even after 120. Ns200 has carried 10 years of legacy, its way more refined. If you want to enjoy city adrenaline rush, go for n250. Otherwise there isn't a value for money like ns200(you can tour, city rides, short rides, long rides, anything)

NS200 zyada powerful feel hoti hai top end mein kyunki usmein 4 valve engine hai vs N250 ka 2 Valve, usse bhi top end power or ek push jo feel hota hai 6000- 7000 RPM pe vo feel hota hai.

The way bajaj has upgraded their bikes but they forget to give proper training to their mechanics i bought pulsar n160 facing start off problem from day one visited their service centre 5 times but the problem is yet unsolved its been 1 and half months bike is driven 1500 km its a request please bajaj improve and update the service rather than updating your bikes first its a life lesson for me not to buy bajaj motorcycles BS 6.
