The car driver was at fault there, 100%. Doesn't matter what the biker is doing, the car is not allowed to overtake with the double lines and should maintain safe distance. If it happened with 2 cars you'd know immediately it was the fault of the car from behind, this situation is no different

Not enough information to be sure either way. Seemed like the biker slowed and moved to side of road, then suddenly turned left into main carriageway again. As a biker, I'd question why he did that with a car close behind. Not paying attention, or deliberately obstructive?

I'd say both did not do their best in that situation. Not sure why the biker was attempting a u-turn, but the car driver should not have been overtaking without fully grasping what the biker was doing, especially so if the biker had their indicator on. The biker, however, should have waited for cars behind to pass before doing their u-turn, at least for their safety.

The biker is already well into the road before the car enters the road. Whatever anyone thinks about who SHOULD have priority the bike has it by default.

The only way the biker has priority there is he’s into the junction before the oncoming car arrived at the junction (which he wasn’t). Man so many stupid decisions in this one by the riders. Especially the 2nd one. There wasn’t a stop sign or a turn there to justify slowing down like that in the middle of the road. All indications is that the biker was going to turn around yet the biker acts like he isn’t to blame.
