@@ccixv3050 just like a rock crawler can be anything from a stock jk or Toyota tacoma to a 300k plus tube chassis crawler so can bouncers you can make a bouncer from just a rzr just like you can a toyota or a tube chassis its all in how you build it (this plays into what you build to/for) most of the time its just how you drive it if you're foot to the floor 75% of the time while crawling your rock bouncing where as if your slow and methodical going up to an obstacle you're crawling.

I’d paid 5k for it in a skinny second! The chassis is worth that alone. The tires on it are some of the most expensive on the market. Has arched forward A arms in front and high clearance trailing arms and a name brand arched radius arms. The suspension kit alone is 2500$+

6k$ custom frame was a typo..put the decimal 2 places too far to the right !! Those welds...suspensions loose because someone took the lift kit and axles off of it prior to dumping it on some unsuspecting sucke....errrr buyer.. Good lord.. yeah shes been run hard, but drop that engine and rebuild (2 days tops ) and drop in a new clutch and tighten it up and go bombing about till it breaks again. It is not a catastrophe. you can make it run really nice for less than 400 in parts, New gaskets and fluids, bleed the brakes and it will rip right along

I always drain the fuel because ethanol is crap after 4 to 6 months and destroys your filters, injectors and any rubber it comes into contact with. E85 is amazing if you're going to use it right away on a newer vehicle only. Etoh is why your lawn mower, chainsaw, weed eater, snow plow won't work when you go to start it, take apart the carb and clean the jets and never leave the fuel in longer than 3 months ever.

i learned real quick in the winter it is easy to gas foul a plug on a plug on a polaris, and when a cylinder is misfiring, the gas from that cylinder is going into the crank case..when i went for a ride in the winter ,i made sure to bring extra oil and filter and plugs and alot of gas my 600 only got 10 miles to a gallon.

Doesn't seem that bad, $4500 for wheels, frame, shocks, etc Just rebuild the engine I'm not sure why this is scary or hard for you to do. Strip it down, strip the frame paint, and check it out, fix any issues making sure it's welded correct and then repaint, rebuild engine and address anything else wrong with it. RZR Trail 900 OTD is $19,000...so you have $4500 into this custom unit and all you need is an engine really. You have been better to of just bid the $3,000.

I built a sand rail back in the day and over years the cage cracked at the corner or A pillar drivers side so I cut that corner out sleeved it and replaced it, looks like he did similar.
