I have a question rather. If I have to buy one bike for 300 km on highway twice a week and rest in city or longer tours then should I go for x440 or CB300R or Triumph Scrambler 400 or some other adv?
@premminocha16655 ай бұрын
classic rides at 80-90 kmph highway with no vibrations, this thing is able to go 100-120kmph, according to speeds the answer becomes 440x but I still prefer my classic because of the charm and looks and city characteristics of my bike.
@avineesh19765 ай бұрын
@@AnkitSingh-ok8ok I am not sure about Triumph as I did not get the chance to ride it. However between CB300R and X440, I would choose X440 because of its power and the riding comfort. plus its Harley.

My x440 already crossed 18000 km here is my honest review. 1. horn problem:dnt depend on your horn it wont work sometimes . 2. Engine sound: it make unusual sound from the engine but after many complaints no action taken till date. 3. Gear problem: sometimes you experience gear hardness while riding. 4. Heating problem of engine .5. ignition issue: dont switch off your bike in traffic it gives you embarrassing feeling dont start at time. 6. Service engineer: they dont had any idea about issue even they suggest me to adjust chain after 100 km which is was shocking to me . Overall not support from harley davidson and local dealership is worst . My dealer os Beekay auto siliguri west bengal

My experience with he front suspension is not very pleasant. The suspension bottoms out very quickly and you get the jerk even on small potholes or bumps. If you are in bangalore you would feel it more on the roads because of the crazy bumps and speed breakers on bangalore roads. I have to slow down to 2nd or first gear to pass the bumps without bottoming out the front suspension. appreciate your comments on the same. What i love the most about my x440 is its sound. the sound is just amazing, music to ears when you press the throttle and the torque is just fantastic.

I am going on a monsoon ride in Kerala. I don't own any bike so I am renting the one. I have 2 choices, Xpulse 200T and x440. Which one would you recommend? Distance is around 2500 km, and mostly Highways and ghats while it is raining. My friend tried xpulse for 2000 km and he felt so comfortable. I am a beginner rider, rode around 2k km on different bikes like, hunter 350, himalayn 411/450. Longest ride was 500 km on 411. Please let me know your opinion on choosing between Xpulse 200T and x440.
@sarthak.roy013Ай бұрын
Well, I would strongly suggest you test ride both the bikes before deciding, but here is my two cents on those two bikes, the xpulse is light and agile, easy in traffic. While it's not very powerful but it manages it's low end torque delivery and you should not face any issues managing the ghat sections. On highways you can cruise comfortably at around 80 to 90, beyond that the engine will show signs of stress. The vibes will start as well although not at a disastrous level but annoying for sure. The seat is comfortable enough and spacious enough for a pillion or luggage, but not both. Rider's seat itself is very good, you can spend long hours on it. But it's seat height is tall, and no matter what other biker gurus say, I strongly believe being able to put both of your feet down comfortably is essential for riding in India as our roads have many surprises. The x440 has one of the best engines in todays biking world. It's refined, that sweet long stroke will deliver oodles of torque in the bottom end and if you are not into very high speed high revving riding then you will love it. And it can cruise comfortably at around 110 115. However, it's heavier than the xpulse by a big margin. although seat height is lower. The seat has ample space for luggage and pillion but again, not both. But the seat is not as comfortable as xpulse for long rides, although the ride will be much more enjoyable! In terms of reliability, both the bikes are from same manufacturer, and Hero sits somewhere at the middle of the reliability scale, not great, not very poor either.

@premminocha16655 ай бұрын
bro I have ridden all the bikes you have doubts about maverik, claasic reborn, meteor, I would suggest go with the harley if the over all life time cost of keeping the bike is not an issue, if it is then maverik but let me tell you one thing , both of the bikes of hero harley will do everything better than classic or meteor but there is somthing addicting about classic and meteor, its is not a good highway tourer if you ride with faster riding groups but alone riding on it is a very very lovley experience but it develops with time😂😂go with maverik brother . you are making the best choice, trust me you wont regret
@PRATHMH5 ай бұрын
@@premminocha1665totally agree. Did 400 kms of 2 day ride with pillion on brother in law's meteor 350. Bike struggles to go above 110 kmph. No matter what you do. Only able to achieve 115 kmph on slope. Plus being cruiser, you can't dodge pothole. Comfort wise its good but then on power part, its not worth. Maverik/ hd 440 is good compared to re classic/ meteor 350
