The GAP is my home trail I ride it all the time. Ohio Pyle is one of my favorite places you should do a little side trip to Falling Water. Or Perhaps you could do a campsites review of the GAP. thank you for the video.

As a native Pennsylvanian...who lived in Colorado for 6 years...was great seeing folks from that state (assuming from their jerseys) come visit PA and really have a blast cycling this trail...heartwarming!

How many miles should you already be able to ride a day to make this an enjoyable journey?

This really does depend on your personal abilities and experience. But in general for a 4-day GAP trip (30-40 miles/day) we would recommend feeling very comfortable riding at least 20-25 miles on 2 days back to back while you are "in training" :)

Do you rent electric bikes? How late into winter can a trip be planned?

We can assist with e-bike rental, but do not rent them ourselves. Our GAP season runs from late April through mid-October. Our last trips end in the third week of October.
