Where is this and what’s the point of this little contraption? It’s too small to be a hotel, is it part of the nearby apartment complex? And why does the apartment complex have 5 pools right next to each other right next to the beach?

Craig Smith this is a nightclub on the island of Sal , Cape Verde. It’s alongside 4 hotels which I think you are referring to with the pools
