BIKO BISAYA | A Classic Biko Recipe

This is my own version of BIKO BISAYA... Biko is a a famous Filipino kakanin made of sticky rice or glutinous rice cooked in coconut cream and dark brown sugar. This is a classic Biko recipe. But nowadays, there are so many ways to cook Biko and with different flavors.
(disclaimer: this Biko may not be your version of Biko Bisaya... Bisaya is not only the Cebuano people but the entire Visayan Region... I am a Bisaya but I'm not a Cebuano)
Ingredients:
1 kg (5 cups) glutinous rice, cooked
1/2 (2 1/2 cup) kg dark brown sugar
1/4 kg (11/4 cup) muscovadp sugar
3 1/2 cups coconut cream
1/2 tsp fine salt

Sana po wag na measure by kilo pa sana po kung ilang cups nalang. Mas madali kesa sa kilo pa. Wala naman timbangan pa sa bahay. Make it simple sana ang mga measurement nyo.
