INGREDIENTS:
glutinous rice 4 cups
dark brown sugar 1 cup
coconut milk 1 can
coconut water 1 can
PROCEDURES:
cook the glutinous rice and set aside
prepare for the toppings, cook the coconut milk until golden brown and separate the oil by putting into a wok
from a wok with coconut oil, add coconut water and dark brown sugar and mix continuesly until the sugar get dissolved
add the cooked glutinous rice and mix well until the rice absorb the sugar
transfer into serving bowl or plate and add the toppings.
