New report by Institute for Canadian Citizenship and the Conference Board of Canada found that more immigrants are leaving Canada in recent years. Theresa Redula reports.

It's no longer fun to live here in Canada.... commodities, taxes, rent, mortgages went up... but no increase of salaries, health care deteriorating,... 5 to 9 hours waiting....too many regulations that are not necessary and don't help and sometimes it ripped you off financially.

Kung nasa healthcare industry kayo wag kayo mag aksaya ng panahon sa canada kung wala naman kayo family dun, mag US kayo… pang alipin lang na experience ang tinatanggap ni canada talaga…

Ganun po ba..Anu po ma suggest nyo nurse po ako dito sa mideast for 14 years..May kapatid ako nasa Canada 2 years pa lang po sya duon gusto nya ako punta jan..Pero hindi pa namin alam what pathway ang suited sa akin.. Any suggestion po? I'm considering other country na lang somewhere in Europe kasi baka need ko pa po mag aral sa CA.. Thanks po...

@@ivoryyvonnecruz2999 kung nurse ka, mag US ka. Canadian din naman nagpapahirap sa sitwasyon nila kung bakit may shortages sila sa healthcare professionals, kasi gusto pa nila uli pag aralin, as if there’s a big difference between USRN and Canadian RN.. kung mekaniko ka, service crew, janitor, mas ok canada kasi mas madali makapasok.. mas mataas pati ang sa sahod ng nurses sa US.. galing na ako ng canada pero madami din ako kamag anak sa US, isa lang napansin ko mas well off yung mga relatives ko sa US, kasi most of them are nurses..

@@ivoryyvonnecruz2999pag pinilit mo mag canada, habang nag aaral ka magwowork ka ng care giver or service crew magkano lang sahod nasa CAD$18 to $25 per hour lang, habang nag aaral ka maging RN, kung sa US ka complete mo lang yung Nclex at cgfns mo, USRN ka na pag dating ng US, sahod mo nasa $35 hanggang $50 USD per hour or more, mas mababa ang cost of living, mas mura bahay.. sa canada mahal lahat..😂

Hirap mag establish ng education sa Canada at bago mo makamit un napakatagal na panahon pa, in the end malapit ka na sa retirement age which not good to stay pa na kakainin ka na lang ng gastos better back to home country for the rest of my life

Magastos ang cost of living, housing, mataas ang bilihin at mababa din ang sweldo compare sa US. At Europe, ang Canada biggest decline sa standard of living among G7 countries. Kulang sa trabaho sa high paying jobs, karamihan ang trabaho ay low and menial jobs kaya nagtatrabaho 2 o tatlo otherwise you will not survive. Plus yung weather masyadong malamig, Magastos sa heater. Kung maganda na ang sweldo mo sa pinas dito ka na lang. Dollar din kasi ang ginagastos mo diyan.

Ang hirap talaga sa mga ibang pinoy na katulad mo is hindi nyo magets na di lang naman pera ang habol ng mga ibang nagaabroad. Overall quality of life ang pinaguusapan jan na wala ang Pinas pero meron sa abroad. Alisin lang yang inflation nayan pati yung lamig sa Canada, mas lamang padin Canada kesa sa Pinas. Kahit nga tax sa pinas di natin alam kung saan saan napupunta e tapos bulok ang healthcare. Siraulo pa ang mga nasa gobyerno. Nagsuggest ka pa talaga na magstay sa Pinas ang mga may kaya? Kapal ah 😂😂

Because they didn’t think through what is in store for them here. Another reason, some are using Canada as a stepping stone to go to USA. Some just need a Canadian passport and take advantage of its benefits in another country like UAE. My coworker did just that. Unfortunately Canada is too soft and taken advantage of, some just want the citizenship and takes off. Others work in America and still get their benefits from their province like healthcare.

Masyadong mataas ang standard ng canada. Kala mo naman ganon pagkakaiba ng trabaho. As ee grad with experience kahit residential electrician lang di pa tatangapin kung walang diploma nila. Samantalang nung nag aral ako dito ng electricity sobrang dali lang habang yung mga locals nila hirap na hirap sa module at actual.
