I was watching his arrival in Moscow, and the great military honor guard! This was the first time I have heard the hymn of the Philippines! This was no coincidence, at all! After Duterte called out the Hypocrisy of the Obama Administration, and he announced his efforts to establish a relationship with Russia because the Phillipines was played by the US (6:57 min) and a longer while before! PLEASE check the Operation "Timber Sycamore" and the picture becomes much clearer, and also why the US (who are selling wherever they can) Congress and the State Department suddenly didn't wanted to help out their long time customers and "allies". And they send their stooges at the moment when the President of the Philippines went to Moscow! This was one of the moments when you realize that "you don't need enemies, if you have that kind of friends", the Imperial mindset didn't go away! I was watching the visit of the Russian ship, and the shipment of arms as well! I would like to know how the soldiers are thinking about the Kalashnikov's in the rather challenging conditions in the different climatic areas of the Philippines! Sea (salt), heat, humidity and dirt (practicing) is normally the best test for any kind of equipment, and also the inner regions as well! The people and MSMedia in the west can talk whatever they want about Duterte, it seems that they are just smearing and attacking because he doesn't bend himself to a pretzel! It was a tough fight back then, and I wouldn't forget that they didn't help me! But he is at the right adresse 😂😂😂! And their equipment is getting to the point of US and Europe bribing, threatening, Blackmailing or attacking because of a deal with Russia, this is a very good indicator for the quality + price = And Duterte can get the informationa of how they worked in combat conditions against ISIS! And in my opinion it's no bodies business who or why the people of the Philippines like and vote for Rodrigo Duterte! No bodies! I knew immediately back then when I watched the Valdai Forum (I think it was at that event) when The President of the Philippines had to go, and after I watched what happened, I knew it's no coincidence!

Philippines must remain NEUTRAL. When America and EU abandon us during the last "Marawi Seige War" only Russia helped us without a second thought. While US didn't even allowed us to buy or procure weapons from them. If the Philippines will also put sanctions to Russia, then we are also be responsible for killing or suffering of innocent citizens lives in Russia.. We well help Ukraine like in other humanitarian form but not in sanctions just like what India is doing... When EU and America put sanctions to our country (Trade matters), they are the one who welcome us open door... We choose to remain neutral not because we are friends or afraid with Russia, it is because we know how to observe and weigh every possible ways inorder not to escalate the magnitude of damages and lost of innocent lives in both parties. Praying for Peace.
