i know this is a kids show that's meant to be light-hearted but i really can't bear to watch that father, he reminds me of my own father, a neglectent alcoholic. growing up in this enviroment really fucks you up permanently.

Yeah, everything relies on theirs mother and at the end of the day she's painted as to tough. If I now my kids could turn out like their father and he is like this, I would be tough too. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Especially the fact he comes home almost everyday late from work and drunk as hell and blows all of their money on alcohol constantly , and the mother is seen as super cheap, I’d have to be cheap too to be able to feed my kids and not waste all of our money on one or two meals and have nothing for the rest of the month . The dad is a jerk and the mom is always seen as the bad guy, I don’t understand that

Yuppp!!!When ra mi went to see her mother for some days,,,jung hwan,jung bong and his dad also created mess at home🤣🤣...but fortunately they cleared up the mess before she came back🤕

It reminds me of Everybody Hates Chris a little bit lol. The show isn’t filmed in the 80’s, but it takes place in the 80’s. And Jadoo’s mom definitely reminds me of Chris’ mom lol
