Disco got so panned when it started, but when Eurodance hit, essentially an evolution of disco, and started getting more radio play, it was so insanely catchy and got stuck in your head for months. There’s a reason tracks like “What is Love” and Real McCoy’s “Run Away,” and later stuff like ATC’s “Around The World (La La La La La)” hold up so well. They’re silly, sure, but damn it if they aren’t some of the most addictive music you’ve heard in your life. Something about that mid-late 90s life was unique in a way that, even if it sounds like the older millennial in me, I don’t think we will ever experience again. I’m still waiting for that Vengabus to come pick me up. 🤣

Since you brought it up, the mold for the communicator prop from classic Star Trek was based on a plastic pencil box. A section of the box's middle was removed, the ends joined back together, and the result was used to create the plastic mold for the chassis.

"Touch and make it twice before I cry, heaven is time a time today" --> They touch twice in the video, once in heaven and once at the end. Heaven was a time that day. "When the pleasure is the dream on a secret love" --> She has a secret love for DJ Crazy Times, and the whole thing is a high-tech dream (written on the keyboard). "Women are my favorite guy" --> Read what's on her shirt! Etc.
