Discuss punishment in Park Street.Anglo Indian lady was gang raped in moving car and thrown out @ 3am. She was single mother with 2 children. 3 people Nadir Khan, Ruman Khan plus 1 were arrested and got 10 years RI. ALL 3 were released 2 years and 1 year earlier for Good behaviour. Kader khan plus Md Ali Khan were caught later 2016 after DEATH of rape victim died - so testimony of rape victim Suzette Jordan was not possible as she died in 2015. Kader Khan attended court in t shirt and shorts and enjoying the trial. The rape victim did not get any compensation but in fact w Bengal CM, TMC Ministers abused the rape victim and questioned her character. Take case of Girija Tikoo who was gang raped by 5 persons including her office colleague was cut into 2 when alive using carpenters saw. Girija Tikoo also had 2 children at time of being gang raped and sawed alive. None were arrested in the case no trial conducted no compensation given. Although supreme court knows what happened, the case was not transferred to Punjab or west Bengal. Why this discrimination ??
