I was lucky enough to be at Bill's show at Fenway Park. Im tellin ya -- best show I've seen by a clear mile. You could tell that he was so appreciative to be there. Every now and then he would look out at the crowd and be like "I really can't believe I'm here". Such a cool experience

Respect on the drummer bit he said. Sounds like he understands music pretty well and I bet he is better than he thinks. Just recognizes his weaknesses on the drums.

My favorite part of this is when he's talking about Boston as the comedy Mecca and then proceeds to name off like ten guys I've never heard of.

LMAO he turned into podcast Bill Burr
@Keychain-10 ай бұрын
@@JimNortonsAlcoholism i get the impression he didnt say anything diff but that somehow his movement in the chair or something else may have damaged the mic in that small moment so they just touched up that small segment. Something to that effect, im guessing.

I was gonna ask why the ADR at the 6 minute mark? Did Wired’s audio cut out? It’s not even good ADR.

Having seen a huge amount of Bill material, I had NEVER seen the Steve Jobs piece on 'Too Many Stars'. Just watched it and now crying with laughter. Absolutely Classic 'Atomic' Burr.

I like Bill Burr, he's like my dad old, says or believes a few problematic things but he's a good man at heart. solid, relatable grounded and genuine man. Which I really appreciate in a world that is becoming ever more fake and supposedly "nice people" are getting exposed for doing heinous things.

The best interviews of bill burr are the ones where they just let him talk.

The Steve Jobs one WAS on a special. "Strutting around the office. Just eating something pretentious, like a pear."

"Staying ahead of my depression". I love that phrasing. And Bill Burr is one of the ways I do it.

This is just Bill giving props to everyone he's ever worked with. Which is lovely.
