I think the phrase imo opposed to subtle racism would be more like stereotypical. We all have stereotypes that deem to be just plain old true about ourselves and our race and all races. We just have to stop being sensitive or offended about it and just plain ol' embrace it and have fun with life.

You called it, the girl he is talking about is his now wife Nia. I think what Bill Burr does perfectly is poking fun at stereotypes without crossing the line in to being hateful, like you said its just enough racism sprinkled in there and he makes fun of both white and black people and most importantly himself. So he isnt just shitting on one group but finds the balance of making fun of everyone, so no one can really hate on him. Great reaction! You two are awesome!
