She did so with help from a non-government employee husband... he helped by not actually being a part of the law making profession since he is not a senator or any other government official. Yet he is married to one. So his investments are not in question. Why doesn't that count? Her own investments followed her involvement with certain business regulations. 'Nuff said.

I think the way it went down was she fired twice and missed, hit him once in the belly, slightly wounded another guy and then the pistol (a .32) jammed and she couldn't clear it, dropped it and fled. She apparent said later "I don't regret shooting him but I should have practiced, that was unforgivable". Yeah, but you have to keep in mind that the killer was wearing very similar clothes but we don't actually see his face during the shooting. That's still only speculative evidence until there is something that ties Luigi himself to the scene. They would have to tie gun barrel groove forensics to determine without a shadow of a doubt the the gun Luigi was carrying when he was arrested is an exact match to the one the perp used. Markings on the shells and bullets when measured against the inner barrels of guns are unique like fingerprints...according to CSI TV shows. Even if somehow Luigi was planning to kill Brian, and went to New York with that intent, he still might not have been the actual shooter. It could still be an elaborate setup or a plan B shooter that was activated when Luigi lost his nerve. Luigi might not have even been hired directly. He could be a patsy that was gaslighted by a honey trap, and coaxed into believing it was his own idea. The camera evidence is also splotchy. Luigi could have turned a corner and gone somewhere else and some other 3rd dude sent to central park to drop off a similar backpack with Monpoly money in it as a warning to other future rogue stock dumping CEOs. And when Luigi freaked and went to the bus station, they could've had the other guy tie the route for the sake of the cameras...like Tom Cruise's Minority Report. Those that create a surveillance city would definitely know how to cheat it. His defense lawyer Mr. Dickey will probably play a similar angle and demand proof.

United had the highest denial rate 32%, and they fought hard to deny people the insurance they pay for. That's their entire way of increasing profits. I think Bill Burr is referencing the murder of a mobster. The guy they're holding for it responsible or not (who knows the NYPD had like 3 photos of different dudes shared) seems to be a kind of typical tech and gym bro who had one bad back injury, a spine job, and two books on his Goodreads reviews on trying to overcome back pain. No idea if this is the guy, they are just holding the dude from one of the photos. I do not advocate for any vigilante justice.
