I couldn't disagree more. Don't get me wrong, I'm with Bill Burr on this and I'm tired of all the "safe spaces" and "trigger warnings" too. But as someone who has people like that in my own family, I can tell you they truly are offended. They aren't playing games, they see the world differently. I think people on both sides make things more difficult when they dehumanize the other and don't even try to understand where the other person is coming from. It doesn't mean we have to agree with them, but simply dismissing what they're saying and claiming they don't mean what they say, ascribing some other motive, doesn't help the situation.

im 30 i was a runaway since the age of 16. homeless in boston for awhile. i thought it was funny but also im a bit different because i am humble and grateful and raised myself basically. but i barley complain about anything and i don't take much seriously. could just be the life i've lived but im a very polite person as well and don't see myself as a victim. we are survivors!!!!!! i hope u have an amazing day!
