Factoring is sale of Debtors. Ex: X is payable ₹2lk to ABC LTD. Now ABC LTD to sales that Debtor amount or appoint a agency to collect that ₹2lk. That Factoring company gets fees

In Bill of exchange it is like selling Bill of Exchange to Agency like Banks. Banks after deducting it's fees pays the amount to the goods seller. Now bank after specified period collects the full amount from the buyer of the goods. (It's like bearer Cheque)
