So then you don't need to go to a specific country or place with the best brain surgeon because they're the only ones who know the knowledge rather all the AI robots throughout the world all teach each other the new improved procedure and all become the best brain surgeons allowing people everywhere to get top tier treatments In the beginning humans would have AI assistants teaching them new improved procedures in real time, but eventually even they will get replaced.

The Pharmaceutical Jobs are like ocean .... There are many Pharmaceutical jobs and in different domains so mention the area or field where ai is going to replace, Jobs as Clinical Pharmacist,Clinical Research Coordinator etc and other clinical jobs won't be replaced but they do not pay well, now onto the industry The highest paying jobs are of commercial side and field work such as the Medical Science Liasion... These will also not be replaced as it all depends on Persons Scientific and Sales skill. The Jobs which are going to replaced are those which are repetitive and do not require specialized skill such as Secretary, Medical Biller, Medical Coding will be partially be affected. This AI is a boon for the Pharma because there are lot of repetitive jobs which need to be Stramlined . Now people can focus developing high specialized skills instep of preparing themselves for repetitive jobs.

It's impossible for AI to replace writers and artists. Nowadays, most people are nothing but soulless automatons who are slowly replacing their dependency on religion for capitalist pursuits... which is a pursuit only possible by an increase in prescription drugs, caffeine and other dangerous methods on the population. Not gonna happen until all jobs become automated by computers and robots. Until then, the ruling elite will continue to exploit the cheap slave labor of the remaining 99% of us. Inflation is part of that exploitation in that it is a transference of wealth from workers to owners. Higher inflation == lower real wages and higher real asset prices because the former doesn’t keep with inflation while the latter overshoots it. 😢

There is no reason energy related jobs can not be done by a robot - we are well known in how to isolate a machine. Buiiology? What? Wiping shit of people's asses? Solved. Research? ALSO already done by AI. Those who make AI - are a smaller and samller field once AGI comes. Definition of AGI.

I've completed my MS in Computer Science from Canada and searched for more than 6 months for a job in AI but guess what they all need years of experience, some even need PHD. So until you have a PHD, thinking of working in AI/ML is just a crime. Companies need developers to run their core infrastructure, so the demand for developers will never fade in the next couple of decades.

@@rudrakale1262 They are increasing but not at a high rate, also since every CS graduate wants to be in AI, competition is tough. AI jobs are the first to get layoffs if a company doesn't do that well, these jobs are like high-end jobs where companies will invest only if they have enough money. Nowadays clients are using pre-trained models available on Azure, AWS, and GCP to fulfill most of the needs of AI/ML. Companies hardly create and train their own models until some model is the company's lifeline. The jobs that I think will increase are big data jobs (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop). I know enough Scala and Python to make the transition if I want to. But overall demand is not that great it's all a hoax. Companies have thousands of developers to work on various projects but will have a fraction of those numbers for AI/ML/DS jobs. Also, I did so much hard work in learning probability from MIT, ML/AI from my Masters as well as lectures from Stanford, made 20+ projects, 200+ commits, etc for what? just to not get a single call in 6 months to showcase my talent? To get paid nearly the same developers? To nearly close off your options to get into good product-based companies because of the fewer opportunities and increasing competition in this field?. Just imagine another recession in the next 10 years and you got laid off, but now it's not only you, it's your wife and kids that are dependent on you, it'll be hell for you. I wish I had done more research about the AI/ML/DS field before completing my master's then I could have saved a year of my life which was ruined due to all the AI/ML hype.

Yeah, it's scary coz just few months we could do text to image and now AI can do text to video generation, and that too of good level. Ofcourse its not flawless, but with time, it will. Devin might not be a thing to worry now, but just seeing the potential of AI threatens . What it can do in next 5 years Definitely govt should take some measures, as if hypothetically if one can do 3 people job due to AI, then the rest unemployed population will not have money to spend, thus leading to unstable economy

in programing I liked when intellisence gave me by tab to writedown the long method name and also when I write alot of lines to put in a method with the variables names copied to finish that method of the lines i have written to reuse it in other methods again lol is nice.... but my strongest factor is write in google the functions I need in words and voila they bring the methods scrambled but I can copy it and paste it and make it 10 times bigger in the program I need, let alone the programs I wrote to fit in to my program I need by copying paste in another program I need to make with minor adjustments lol... p.s I can read super fast for information I need and exclude false information...
