Seth's really come into his own. I appreciate the honest chuckle and grins his jokes get out of me, and he's developed such a free-floating charisma that makes him feel so at ease with his guests. This is actually a really good subversion of that "Hey, Bill! Can you do an impression of (blank)?" question that I'm sure Bill Hader gets asked all the friggin' time. It would've been so easy for Seth to wring an impression of out Bill on the basis that they are such good friends with each other, but I'm glad Seth choose the high road, in this regard.
