Been having comments with these questions today, and I'm going to answer them here in my pin comment, because people have been non-stop asking and it's tiring Q1) Why do they only have 1 eye? don't they supposed to have 2? Ans) We've never seen their appearance (except only statics), it's not confirmed that they have more eyes. It only stated that Bill has a defect but he never mentioned that he's the only one with one eye. I think that his defect is just his eye is always facing up and everyone else's are facing to the side Q2) Shouldn't the mom be blue and the dad be red? Ans) Who's color is who, isn't confirmed, so we don't know Q3) How are they blue and red while Bill is yellow? Ans) it could be that the three of them make the primary colors, or that the opposite color of purple is yellow (It was actually green and Bill was supposed to be green, but Alex scrapped that because he looked weird) so it would've mean Bill was doomed from the beginning because of his birth defect I haven't read the book yet, so if I got it all wrong, please correct me (Only people who have read the book!)

to add onto the thing of why mom and dad be blue and red but bill be yellow, i think its because 3d glasses are red and blue, so thats why, or atleast it fits, with how bill can see into the third dimension

I don't think it has said that in the book. It said that he only has a birth defect, not mentioning that he also is the only one with one eye. I think that it's just his eye is facing up while everyone else's is facing to the side, which makes him different, not him the only one with one eye But who am I to say? I haven't read the book
