iqlima gauryzzz Ashton posted a video on his twitter explaining the situation and he said that it was more than 10k albums released early. He said that billboard has fixed it for other artists but it appears that that won’t be the case with them and he said it broke his heart. It broke my heart when he said that :(

Billboard just needs to fix this and add the 10k to the charts. They've worked so hard on this album and if I would be in that situation, I would be very upset.
