A lot of fatties in denial here. It really is as simple as calories in calories out. Gaff is correct about conditions that make it more difficult for some to lose weight but these cases are rare, 99% of people saying they can’t lose weight because of their body shape, genetics or conditions are in denial about the fact that they eat too much to lose weight. Being healthy is a lifestyle and it’s not easy, not everyone has the athletic build, genetics and metabolism but EVERYONE can lose weight.

Love both these guys, but Jim is wrong about the Dakota’s. The states were brought into the Union in 1889, almost 30 years after the Civil War. And the reason there are North and South is there was a fight to where the state capitol should be. People in Northern Dakota territory wanted it to be in Bismarck, while the people of Southern Dakota territory wanted the capitol in Yankton. They couldn’t come to a compromise so they created two states. Then South Dakota changed its capitol to Pierre.
